Whether you’re in the process of choosing your next steps to prepare for university or you’re ready to apply for a degree, we have a long history of welcoming mature students. An advanced Learning student is somebody who will be aged 24 or over at the start of their course.
As a mature student your application is guaranteed to be given additional consideration, relating to your relevant academic, professional and life experiences.
Level 3 – Advanced Courses
Entry requirements: At least 4 or 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C (may need to be in specific subjects), BTEC Level 2/First Diploma (in a relevant subject with merit or distinction), NVQ Level 2 or equivalent Level 2 qualification, or relevant experience (for mature applicants).
If learner has job experience, level 2 qualification will be exempted. The learner simply contacts the Bright Education London admission desk ask about a list of access courses currently available. After you find a specific course which will accommodate your personal educational needs, contact the course admissions tutor to discuss your suitability for the course and take it from there. If the admissions tutor thinks you will benefit from the access course, he/she will send you an application form.
